Join the Fun
at Any Age!

Join one of our classes
Ages 6 months+

Gym Tots

Parent accompanied class perfect for little movers – open age from 6 months. The class starts with a fun warm up song, then the little ones can explore the apparatus at their own pace.

Pay As You You Class
Ages 2 years+

Pre-school

Our pre-school classes are split into stages – pre-school with parents and pre-school. A fully structured class with a different fun theme each week. Gymnasts practise floor skills and also work on the apparatus under the supervision of qualified coa

Pre-School with an adult – age 2+
Pre-School (unaccompanied) – age 3+ to school age
School Age +

Recreational Classes

Our recreational classes start with beginners for 1 hour per week up to our advanced classes who train 2 hours per week

Development Groups

Our development groups are a pre-requisite to our competition groups and are by invitation only.

Squad Groups

Our squad groups work towards and participate in various competitions throughout the year from floor and vault competitions all the way up to the British Championships. Squad groups are by invitation and trial only.

At our club, we’re proud to support gymnasts at every stage of their journey — from first timers to elite athletes. Many of our members have gone on to represent at county, regional, and even national level competitions.

For those showing exceptional talent and dedication, we offer a clear Excel pathway designed to develop elite gymnasts, providing the coaching, structure, and support needed to reach the highest levels of the sport.
